Benefits of change leadership coaching:
Invariably, in leading through change, one can cross situations where things get stuck in old business models, there is resistance to doing things differently, and holding onto the current ways of doing things. The mood may feel risk-averse, and it is difficult to see the bigger picture. The shape of the way forward is not yet defined, and priorities are not yet clear. There may be insufficient listening or feedback, and a general sense of lack of positive energy and trust. There may be pockets lacking accountability, or progress is slow with missed milestones.
Change Leadership coaching recognizes these types of challenges are all part of the change journey. Coaching starts with your commitment to change to get in sync with others. Using a variety of frameworks and tools, coaching raises your level of self-awareness on your mindset, state of mind, and behaviors. It zooms in on the challenge at hand and partners with clients to identify leadership strategies to expand their effectiveness:
A clear vision and articulation of how the changes will add value. Tuning into changing conditions and refueling resilience when needed.
Building enthusiasm through socializing ideas, finding ways around obstacles, developing concerted listening and feedback loops. Cultivating leadership practices which instill trust and safety.
Shaping an approach and planning around the change effort. Keeping a disciplined eye on measures of progress and the quality of outcomes to drive meaningful change.
Ability to disrupt status quo, holding accountability to outcomes, keeping pace.

Enneagram
What is the Enneagram?
The Enneagram makes the connection between who we are and why we do what we do, creating a tangible link between growing our self-awareness and increasing our ability to achieve our goals. The Enneagram illuminates our greatest gifts as well as how we might be getting in our own way. When we are not self-aware, we tend to operate on autopilot and do not see how our own beliefs, thoughts and habits may be limiting us. Instead of looking inward, our efforts to change tend to focus on outward behaviors and external rewards (for example, seeking a promotion or career move). However, without deep reflection on why we are driven to behave the way we do, these efforts to change can be unsuccessful and frustrating. The Enneagram reveals the core beliefs and motivations that shape our attention and choices we are able to make – and opens us to a world of broader options. The Enneagram expands self-awareness and ability to observe our patterns playing out. This self-awareness leads to a ripple effect, changing how we see the world, respond to others and how we show up.
I am a certified Enneagram practitioner with Integrative Enneagram Solutions (iEQ9), an innovative Enneagram company, recognized for successfully combining technology, statistical science, and research with transformational psychology, coaching, and OD.
Benefits of the Enneagram:
For Organizations
The Enneagram is a catalyst supporting organizational change. By providing individuals with insight into their motivators and behavior patterns, people gain a deeper level of self-awareness. The iEQ9 report and coaching includes tailored actions and consistent practices supporting behavior changes and expanding individual and team capacity to accelerate effective, sustainable change.
In driving meaningful change, we look to leaders to provide strategic clarity, instill enthusiasm to drive the change, provide individual mentoring and growth, promote inclusion and collaboration and much more! A key barrier to this is the individual leader’s own self-awareness and capacity to change. The iEQ9 offers breakthroughs through focusing on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, expanded capacity, and a commitment to continuously learn and grow. Leaders also gain insights into the different motivators and drivers of others, accelerating their effectiveness in challenges such as disrupting status quo, and maintaining enthusiasm through the change efforts.
For Individuals
Empower leaders, talent. The Enneagram gives insight into what intrinsically motivates different people, what engages them and the risks of disengagement or burnout. It provides a framework to explore the ‘why’ behind displayed behaviors or resistance, allowing for breakthrough solutions.
Clients receive an iEQ9 report and coaching which focus on the ‘what’ of the Enneagram assessment and includes reflections of the ‘so what’ and practical tips and development strategies for the ‘now what?’ to move forward.
The Enneagram shows diverse leadership patterns and opens up the possibility to develop individuals from diverse backgrounds and levels. The framework invites one to step into their own power through a unique development path, rather than trying to emulate others around them.
Facilitation
Through the course of the change journey, there may be inflection points where you would benefit from an outside perspective with specialized expertise in surfacing the invisible.
